What if my package got damaged?
Although we do our very best to prevent damage, it can occur during shipment. If you receive damaged cans with spoilage of paint, we will arrange a replacement. For filing a claim, we need a clear picture of the damage in the box and pictures of the outside of the outer shipping box from all sides within 24 hours upon receipt.

Can I return paint?
No, all paint is custom tinted, and therefore it can not be returned.
How does the warranty work?
We offer six months warranty on our products as long as you keep them in the original can,
free of frost.
