No, there are no additional fees.

 

What if my package got damaged?

Although we do our very best to prevent damage, it can occur during shipment. If you receive damaged cans with spoilage of paint, we will arrange a replacement. For filing a claim, we need a clear picture of the damage in the box and pictures of the outside of the outer shipping box from all sides within 24 hours upon receipt.

Are all colors available in the lime-finishes Fresco and Marrakech Walls?

No, due to the lime-component, some of the colors on the color chart are not available in the lime finishes; see list below.

Can I pre-order items that are sold out? 

Yes, please drop us an email then we will secure the item(s) for you and will keep you updated. We request a 15% prepayment, first come, first go.

Please note that selected paint products are final and can not be exchanged or returned. We always recommend our color card or sampling for accurate color representation on your particular surface and light conditions. Computer screens can not give a reliable display of the colors.

Amounts needed: You can find the theoretical spread rates for each item page in the shop. This is the coverage per coat. Coverage can vary depending on underground, application technique, and dilution. Our team will be happy to assist you with calculating the needed amounts for your project if needed.
